Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only within the same day of placing the order.

Cancellations will not be accepted once the order has been processed for production or dispatched through our shipping partner (Shiprocket).

Perishable items (including freshly prepared or consumable Ayurvedic products) cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun.
Returns & Replacements

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please report the issue to our Customer Service Team on the same day of delivery.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund, depending on the situation.

If the product does not match the description or does not meet your expectations, you must contact our team on the same day of receipt for resolution.
Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 4–7 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout via Razorpay.
